After six years of failure-free continuous operation under the hardest conditions, the 3000 kW EMZ shredder drive from the EMZ Heavy-Duty Range has been completely overhauled by our service team as part of a plant overhaul. For this, the ten-pole machine was completely dismantled into its component parts, functionally tested and refurbished. After assembly and successful final testing in the EMZ test bench, the motor was given a resistant textured paint finish. The shredder drive is now ready for many more years of operation on metal scrap shredders, under the hardest mechanical loads and extreme environmental conditions.
