Which warranty is offered?

For all brand-new and used products, you receive a warranty of 12 months after delivery. An extension to 24 months is possible for many items via the option selection in our online shop.

Which payment options are available?

Payment on account (with positive credit report)
Terms of payment: 30 days net; 10 days less 2% discount

Payment in advance (if no credit report or a negative one is available)
Delivery takes place after receipt of payment.

How high are the freight costs?

The freight costs depend on the postcode area and weight. These are shown in the shopping cart overview before you complete your order. Of course, you also have the option of express delivery.

Can I also order from abroad?

Deliveries abroad are possible at any time, but must be requested in advance.

Do all prices include the copper surcharge?

he daily copper surcharge according to the DEL notation will be added to the stated prices for squirrel cage motors, slip ring motors and AC motors. The sum will be shown in the goods overview before you complete your order. The copper surcharge only applies to the purchase of brand-new motors.

Do all prices include the statutory value added tax?

All prices quoted are net prices, plus VAT.
